Returns and refunds

Damaged or defective pieces only

If a piece arrives damaged, torn, discoloured, defective, or it isn’t what you ordered, we refund it in full.

We can’t accept returns for a change of mind, or for slight differences in colour or feel from the photos.

Within 24 hours, with the opening video

Request the return from your order page within 24 hours of delivery and attach an uncut video of you opening the sealed parcel. Requests after 24 hours or without the video can’t be accepted.

Pickup and refund

Once we’ve watched the video we arrange a free pickup. If the courier can’t reach your PIN code, send it to us and we reimburse the shipping by UPI.

When the piece reaches us we refund the full amount to the way you paid, usually within 5–7 working days. We don’t offer exchanges.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your order page until we pack it, for a full refund.
